All of our physicians are board certified in allergy and immunology. This means that our physicians attended four years of medical school, 3 years of residency in either pediatrics or internal medicine, and 2-3 years of allergy-immunology specialty training. They then passed a board certifying exam that proves they possess the knowledge, skills, and experience requisite to the provision of high-quality patient care in allergy and immunology. Some of our physicians have even completed further specialty training in rheumatology, pathology, and diagnostic laboratory allergy-immunology.

Many physicians claim to be “allergists.” Please check http://webapps.ama-assn.org/doctorfinder/home.html to confirm your “allergist” is board certified to provide the best care possible for your allergic problems.
